TMA-LFI

The TMA (Thermal Monitoring Analysis) is used to estimate loads in the Stress Analysis.

One of our significant outputs from the Stress Analysis standpoint is the LFI (Local Failure Index).
The purpose of the LFI is to obtain a drum mapping which indicates the probability of cracking as a result of bulges (by filtering the ovality).
The LFI obtained may be compared against a LFI under recommended operating conditions. Such factor is called TAF (Thermal Amplification Factor).
